Little Art Excellence Competition

Official Rules

Competition dates: Nominations are open until July 31, 2026. Results will be announced on August 15, 2026. Awards will be mailed from August 18 to August 20, 2026. No purchase or payment is required.

  1. The competition is open to children ages 2 to 6 with entry submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
  2. The artwork must include the words "Welcome to Marysville" as part of the drawing.
  3. Artwork must be original, handmade, and primarily created by the participating child.
  4. Copied, traced, digitally generated, AI-generated, or adult-completed artwork may be rejected.
  5. Entries are reviewed for eligibility before judging or display.
  6. Awards may be provided for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, along with certificates.
  7. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
  8. Public display may include the artwork, child's age, placement, and child's first name or nickname, when the parent voluntarily permits public name display.
  9. Parent contact information, the child's full name, school, home address, and other private information will not be publicly displayed.
  10. Entries that include private identifying information inside the artwork image may be rejected or cropped before display.
  11. Eligible entries may be displayed on the competition website after review. Artwork may be displayed with the child's age and an entry number. A child's first name or nickname will appear only when the parent or legal guardian has separately authorized it.

Competition Privacy Notice

Little Pioneer LLC will collect the parent or legal guardian's name and email address, the child's age, the submitted artwork image, and records of the parent's consent.

This information will be used only to process and review entries, verify eligibility, contact parents or guardians, conduct judging, announce winners, provide awards and certificates, and display eligible artwork as permitted by the parent or guardian.

Parent contact information, children's full names, home addresses, schools, and other private information will not be publicly displayed. Competition information may be stored using service providers such as Microsoft Azure. Reasonable measures will be used to restrict access to nonpublic information.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer and document the competition. Parents may request access, correction, withdrawal of display permission, or deletion by contacting: Email: nomination@littlepioneersawards.org

Removal requests will apply to websites and pages controlled by the organizers. The organizers cannot guarantee removal of copies independently shared or saved by other internet users.

This form must be completed by the participating child's parent or legal guardian. Children should not complete or submit this form themselves. Please read the Official Rules and Privacy Notice before submitting an entry.
