Little Pioneer LLC operates Little Pioneers Awards and the Little Art Excellence Competition at littlepioneersawards.org. Little Pioneer LLC is a family child care home facility with Montessori-inspired early education values.

Information We Collect

We may collect parent or legal guardian name, relationship to the child, parent email address, child first name or nickname, child age, nomination details, uploaded artwork image, consent records, nomination ID, submission date and time, and technical information needed to operate the website.

We do not ask children to submit information directly. The nomination form is intended for completion by a parent or legal guardian only.

How We Use Information

Information is used to process nominations, verify eligibility, prevent duplicate entries, review artwork, conduct judging, contact parents or guardians, announce results, provide awards or certificates, and operate and improve the website.

Public Display

Eligible artwork may be displayed publicly only as described in the competition rules and consent language. Public display may include artwork, child age, placement, and the child's first name or nickname only when the parent or legal guardian permits it. Parent contact information, full child name, school, home address, and phone number are not intended for public display.

Cookies and Analytics

The website may use a small browser cookie to help prevent duplicate nominations from the same parent and child. We also use Google Analytics to understand general website usage. Analytics information helps us improve the site and does not replace the parent consent requirements in the nomination form.

Service Providers

Competition information may be stored and processed using service providers such as Microsoft Azure, Google Analytics, and other tools used to operate the website, store submissions, host files, measure website use, and communicate with parents or guardians.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to administer the competition, document consent, provide awards or certificates, handle parent requests, and comply with applicable obligations.

Parent Rights and Requests

Parents or legal guardians may request access, correction, withdrawal of display permission, or deletion of submitted information by contacting us. Removal requests apply to websites and pages controlled by Little Pioneer LLC. We cannot guarantee removal of copies independently shared or saved by other internet users.
